Simon Mason is Great Britain Hockey’s most capped goalkeeper (194 international caps for England & GB) and is widely recognised as one of the sport’s best goalkeepers. He went to three Olympic Games, three World Cups, three European Cups and two Commonwealth Games before becoming one of hockey’s astute observers and well-known TV commentators.
Simon was the President of the England Hockey Board (2010–2013), a member of the executive board for the European Hockey Federation and was on the Athlete Committees for both the International Hockey Federation and the Organising Committee for the London Olympic Games.
